Who We Are
Qserve PLC. Saudi Arabia, is the fourth overseas branch of the parent company Qserve (Pvt.) Ltd., which was established in Sri Lanka in the year 1994, a country famed for its Quantity Surveying traditions. Qserve Group of companies has its biggest presence in Qatar within GCC serving the industry over the last 12 years.
Qserve PLC. Saudi Arabia was inaugurated with the intention of providing professional Quantity Surveying services and other related services such as Contract Administration, Cost Management, Construction Management, Value Engineering, Technical Advisory, Dispute Resolution, Claims Preparation and Management, Risk Management and Carbon Accounting in the field of Construction to Clients, Consultants and Contractors.
In addition to our extensive portfolio of successfully completed and prestigious projects throughout Qatar we have also worked in many parts of the Gulf Region. Our clients have included Promoters and Developers of projects, Consultants as well as Contractors. We have established offices in UK, Dubai, India and Oman and are especially proud to be associated with our parent company in Sri Lanka, Qserve Pvt. Ltd which is one of the oldest established quantity surveying firm in Sri Lanka highly regarded for its quality work.
Services provided by Qserve is regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and is also a registered practice, in association with Pacific Association of Quantity Surveyors (PAQS) and Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (AIQS), upholding the professional values espoused by the respective institutions. In addition, all our Principal and Senior Management are individual corporate members of one or all of the above institutions.
Qserve Group of Companies has a project portfolio with great diversity ranging from buildings to infrastructures, with Government and prestigious Private Clients.

Our Staff Strength
Qserve Group of companies retains over 200 technical staff in different levels of proficiency under our employment. We have our very own Outsource Unit in Sri Lanka allocated to Middle East operation to ensure timely delivery of submissions with proper coordination, this allows the Middle East operation to work with more efficiency and deeper accuracy, giving clients more control and convenience over the delivery.
Qserve Parent History
Qserve was pioneered by Prof. Chitra Weddikkara who has the unique distinction of being a Chartered Architect, Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager. She also serves as an Expert Witness in the field of Dispute Resolution in Mediation, Arbitration and Adjudication. She is an Advisor/Member on Construction related Disputes in the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SARRC) Region. She holds a Ph.D. in Law in the area of Dispute Resolution in the Construction Industry, experience in the Design and Implementation in the construction industry. She is in the advisory capacity of many Governmental boards and is a member of the Procurement Commission under the Constitutional Council of Sri-Lanka and a member of the Construction Industry Development Authority (CIDA) to name a few.
Qserve is one of the earliest independent private practices in Quantity Surveying to be established in Sri Lanka. In addition to the two offices in Sri Lanka and the office in Qatar, Qserve further established overseas branch offices in India (Qserve Global India) in Oman, (Qserve Oman) and in UAE (Qserve UAE) and now in Saudi Arabia.
Qserve boasts of an extensive portfolio of successfully completed projects in Sri Lanka, The Republic of Maldives, India, Oman, United Arab Emirates (Dubai and Abu Dhabi), Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Hawaii, Caribbean, USA, UK and Australia.

What we do
Our services cover the whole built asset lifecycle, starting from feasibility studies at project inception and concluding at the end of operational use and/ or disposal of the asset including cost management consultancy, management services for projects, dispute resolution, technical advisory services, and training services.
